I built this shop back in 2009 when we noticed that service in this country as it pertained to computers and IT Support had "Jumped the Shark" and we were as frustrated as everyone else trying to get answers to issues or problems we were faced with on a daily basis. My plan here is to offer 1 on 1 personal service to our clients and customers when they're faced with roadblocks due to a virus or a computer that is now running sluggish and slow.

I grew up around electronics and customer service, my background is setting up networks and solving daily issues to keep businesses running smoothly. My hobbies are electronics, photography, videography, marketing.
