Get out of the hot weather with a visit to this downtown spot for food and drinks. They have two regular dessert items on the menu – cheesecake with rotating flavors or a Sanders hot fudge brownie topped with vanilla ice cream. They also have a summer special of strawberry shortcake.

A new addition to downtown, Peaches Brunch House already has many high reviews for their tasty brunch offerings and good service. There are lots of sweet items on the menu, including gourmet waffles, French toast, pancakes and crepes. Guests can also enjoy a variety of coffee drinks and mocktails.

“Stopped in for the first time the other day and had a blast! We both got specialty coffees which were delicious and came in the cutest bee cups. We also got a bagel and some cookies which were delicious, and found ALL KINDS of wonderfully curated stuff! I got some blood orange bitters cocktails and a Dolly Parton travel tumbler.
